1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the apaldo website, mobile browser interface, associated software, and all services offered thereunder.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the apaldo Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of funds deposited by the Player, winnings credited, and bonuses applied, less amounts wagered, withdrawn, or forfeited.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited by the Player into their Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all transactions on the apaldo Platform are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or apaldo policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the apaldo Platform, creating an Account, completing the apaldo Login, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the apaldo Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all categories of use, including but not limited to: browsing the Platform as a guest, registering and maintaining an Account, depositing and withdrawing funds, participating in promotions, and engaging in any form of Real Money Play.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by doing so, they accept these Terms in full.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and engage in Real Money Play on the apaldo Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing online gambling. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. apaldo reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds — including deposits — may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The apaldo Platform is intended for players residing in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. apaldo makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted.

3.3 Registration Process

To create an apaldo Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the apaldo Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, apaldo reserves the right to close all secondary Accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held in those Accounts. Real Money balances in duplicate Accounts are subject to review before return.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apaldo Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. apaldo will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify apaldo support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

4.2 Two-Factor Authentication

apaldo strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of security to your apaldo Login by requiring a one-time verification code in addition to your password. apaldo accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, apaldo requires the Account holder to complete the KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, voter's ID, or PRC ID), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership where required. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed photographs or scans. apaldo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. apaldo may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to PHP 100 to dormant Accounts with a remaining balance, after providing prior written notice to the email address registered on the Account. The dormancy fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by completing the apaldo Login and contacting support.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

apaldo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). apaldo does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than that of the Account holder.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Player's Account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating bank's processing times. apaldo does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which apaldo bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash and Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two (2) hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. apaldo reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any delays.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. apaldo reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with notice posted on the Platform. High-value withdrawals may be subject to staged processing across multiple business days.

5.5 Currency

All Player Balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). apaldo does not apply currency conversion to PHP accounts. Deposits made in other currencies via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit, as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by apaldo are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balances. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagers placed on progressive jackpot slots, certain live casino tables, and sports betting markets with odds below the stated minimum do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

apaldo operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across Accounts to circumvent wagering requirements, using automated tools to exploit free spin offers, or structuring deposits solely to trigger deposit match bonuses without genuine play intent — constitute bonus abuse. apaldo reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

apaldo reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where a Player's account is under review. Promotions are available to Philippine-resident players aged 21 and above unless otherwise specified. VIP-tier promotions are available exclusively to Players who have been enrolled in the apaldo VIP programme.

7 Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Availability and RTP

The apaldo game catalogue includes certified slot titles, live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo), sports betting, sabong, and bingo. All casino games use independently audited random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information panel accessible from the game lobby. apaldo does not modify game RTP settings beyond those certified by the game provider.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules or sports betting rules as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round or live event, apaldo will attempt to settle bets based on available recorded data. Where settlement cannot be accurately determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.

7.3 Obvious Errors

apaldo reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of an obvious error in pricing, odds display, game configuration, or any other manifest error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Players will be notified of any void decision affecting their Account. apaldo will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's reliance on erroneous information displayed on the Platform.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on apaldo are governed by the sports betting rules published in the help section of the sportsbook. Pre-match bets are accepted up to the start time of the relevant event. In-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds adjustments and may be suspended or closed without notice. Cash-out availability is not guaranteed on all markets or at all times.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apaldo Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not sanctioned by apaldo.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or price discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play intent.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form. apaldo complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and files required reports with relevant authorities.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings or Bonus Funds derived from the disputed deposit.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Registering using false identity information or using another person's identity documents to pass KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apaldo support staff or other Players on any Platform communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the apaldo Platform, including but not limited to the apaldo brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game assets displayed within the Platform, and software, is the property of apaldo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the apaldo Platform without prior written authorisation from apaldo.

10 Privacy and Data

apaldo collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at apaldo Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. apaldo does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

apaldo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or if you believe it may be causing financial or personal harm, apaldo encourages you to use the following tools available directly in your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification is displayed when your limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, apaldo's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, your Account, or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apaldo shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages; losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apaldo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. apaldo does not guarantee winnings on any game, bet, or promotional offer.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by apaldo

apaldo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; the Account is being used for prohibited conduct; the Account holder is ineligible to use the Platform; or suspension is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for cause, apaldo may void outstanding bets, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit Bonus Funds. Real Money balances will be reviewed and returned where no grounds for forfeiture exist, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of outstanding withdrawal conditions.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting apaldo support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Outstanding Real Money balances will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Voluntary closure does not affect apaldo's right to retain records as required by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

apaldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, apaldo will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the apaldo Platform shall first be submitted to apaldo's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of submission, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
